I enjoy the additions to the game and recommend people get this. It's a bit harder to wrap my head around the gameplay of the new biome than, say, ice age or swamp, but I am happy the devs keep mixing it up. Fun concepts all round.

I don't care for the characters or the personalities in games like these, and I always find dialogue annoying. But the gameplay loop of this one is fun and rewarding. Glad I took a chance.

Still don't really understand it, but I like it. Some dumb stuff like ruling Spain and Portugal as a union under the same guy but I'm still fighting myself over the Treaty of Tordesillas. But whatever, it's fun.

Excellent addition to the game, and forces you to think outside the way you might have played in the base game. Good value for the content added. Love it.

Great DLC; practically worth it for the ability to soften islands with trees alone.

I'm not a big fan of the military side of things, but you can turn it off! The Ice Age stuff is so cool, with neat concepts like extinction, and the personalities of the leaders shine through. A worthwhile update and DLC.

Gave this one another spin after refunding when it was first released. Wow, I get it now. Scratches an itch I didn't know I had. One more turn!

This is a fun game. Like Order of Battle in terms of being easy to pick up but harder to master, and you can play in short sessions or long ones. Nice graphics, smooth gameplay. The management with upgrades and skills is a fun aspect.

It's sort of like Binding of Isaac in that you're starting a bunch of new runs and keep losing. But you're having fun so it doesn't really matter. Nice concept and worth the price.

Excellent game that still holds up. The way you can change your border is unparalleled.
