This game is almost dead, but steam workshop will keep it alive for another decade. Hopefully.
I'd be biased if I call It a very fun game since I like every RTS there is, but what I can say fairly is it's even more addicting once you get harassed by players speaking madagascar on european server. Cons is this game is poorly optimized. The dev can't do anything about it cause frankly the problem came from the engine that is used. Hope the sequel doesn't suffer the same.

Is this the comeback for the RPG maker genre?

It's Fallout NV but actually better. Change my mind.

This is obviously a horror game, if you're expecting a sci-fi then go for Dead Space.

And here I question my belief of a more addicting game than CIV VI.
