I've had this idea that Bigfoot sightings were manifestations of repressed homosexual desires. Often seems to be seen in rural areas where religious beliefs suppress expression. Out in the woods, alone, and there, standing 8 feet tall is the quintessential symbol of unbridled masculinity.
