This is a spiritual successor to FTL in a Warhammer 40k type universe

Gameplay is FTL-like with softer mechanics, more chaotic gameplay, a wider variety of strategies, and 100 different units to add to your crew that can be equipped with game-changing equipment.

Fans of FTL will love this, beautifully done

Hades was easily game of the year in 2020, so expectations could not be higher for the sequel.

While Hades 2 doesn't capture the same whimsical, playful vibe of its predecessor, the more dire storyline introduces a pantheon of new Olympians and well-loved characters from Greek mythology, along with innovative new combat mechanics that elevate Hades 2 beyond its predecessor.

Since this is an open Beta, the game contains placeholder visuals, somewhat unbalanced gameplay, and other details that distract from the otherwise immaculate gaming experience.

If you only plan to experience one iteration of Hades 2, then I recommend waiting for the official release, but either way, this is one game that should not be missed.

One of the best turn based strategy games ever

This game is massive, and despite the (mostly visual) bugs, it's totally worth playing if your GPU can handle it.

It's got 50+ hours of story and content, plenty of interesting game play choices, and some of the best visual experiences around.
