The person in your bio isn't a scammer. His account got hijacked and eventually got it back to him when he reset his password and contacted steam. The person who hijacked his account used his steam name as their discord name. The user in the link you posted has a different discord name and never had that pfp. He's in my discord server and never made a "donations" account.
