Yes, I suppose you'll just have to wait awhile. EA has threads in the help forum about this problem, but not a single representative has been sighted nor has there been an answer provided by EA.

EA games is being very quiet right now. Seems most of the people who bought Alice couldn't activate the game and are very upset.

Hmm... digging through some threads around here. It seems you are not the only person having this problem. Seems EA has had a problem with their auto activation system ever since the game went on sale from Steam.
