You probably don't know me, but maybe that won't matter. I don't often play games much more than I meant to. I don't often play games to completion. I pretty much never finish a game and promptly start a second playthrough. I never play a game multiple times, just to pick different options and try to see every event, every cutscene, every outcome. I have done *ALL* of these things with Dispatch. Even if it's not your usual style of game, watch the videos. If any made you smirk or chuckle, get a copy. You will do much more of that.

It's an excellent movie with a game tying the parts together.

And... Keep up.

You've got to be really, really bad at programming to make an anti-cheat that doesn't keep out cheaters, while also tying your game to Windows and only Windows, and not even all versions or installs of that OS. Anti-cheat is a good idea, but like Communism, nobody has managed to actually implement it, and I doubt they ever will. In the meantime, anyone who isn't solidly middle of the lane gets bitten by anti-cheat that is more accurately "anti-players".

I'm not sure what Ubi screwed up, but when a 13900K and 7900XTX can't crank out acceptable performance at 4K, something is wrong. Have refunded, will purchase again in a GPU generation or two, when there's enough raw horsepower to make Ubi's terrible optimization choices irrelevant.

They fixed all the issues I had been having. It's a great time.

I get that they wanted to be cutesy with the EULA, but there's some really questionable stuff in there, and they don't respond to inquiries about it. If you want to literally forfeit all your rights, that's your choice, but I refunded. Recommend you do the same, if you value any of your rights.

Edit: After multiple months waiting for legal to reply, and a month of waiting for support to reply, ended up rebuying the game and am enjoying it. The evident overload and/or lack of interest from support and legal is concerning, though.

Not as long as some of the others, I was able to complete the campaign on Normal in about 8 hours, start to finish. That said, I played all the other Kingdom games, so I should have been playing on hard, according to the in-game instructions. No complaints, felt very well executed. If you've played/enjoyed any of the other Kingdom games, this is a welcome addition.

I want to like this. I want to soak in the story. I simply can't recommend it in the current state, though. With a 13900K and a 3090, I shouldn't be having these inconsistent and difficult frame rates. It's a nearly 150GB game. It eats my machine and performance is poor. I'll give it another shot later, but I refunded now, because I feel it's not in a reasonably playable condition.

Edit: Two years later, on a 9800X3D and a 5090, it's smooth as silk at 4K. EA should release games for the PCs on the market, though, not ones coming out later.
