OBR is visually stunning if your pc is fast enough, but the actor faces are still kind of potato sometimes. Virtuos made some adjustments to the leveling system to make character progression easier, but OBR doesn't have any of the other anti-frustration systems from Bethesda's more recent titles, like quick searching containers in Fallout 4 without opening a menu. Lack of official mod authoring tools is a major minus for some players but I personally only used mods in these games for fixing bugs.

OBR is an actual ray traced coat of paint on the 2006 original. Whether you like this game depends on if you enjoyed Oldblivion. The open world is smaller and less dense than contemporary open world games (even Bethesda other games), but I think the gameplay itself has aged well enough and the OST brings a lot of life to the game world. It's a great introduction to the Elder Scrolls series but anyone familiar with the 2006 release should keep playing that instead. If Valve allowed for a "mixed" recommendation instead of a "yes" or "no" I would use that for OBR. It isn't a bad game, but I wouldn't have pushed for its development.

Compared to previous Bethesda games, Starfield is like a dish that has excellent visual presentation but has subbed out every ingredient for a lower quality version that makes it all less satisfying.

Also no more proc gen as part of the game vision please

One of my all-time favorites. Portal 2 is an awesome adventure with some of the smartest gameplay design I've seen in a video game ever. It's characters are well-written, funny and brought to life with some great animation and voicework. It's the best non-violence-centric video game I think I'll ever get to play and the perfect recommendation to someone who isn't into "typical action adventure video games". Portal 2 is Valve's best IMHO!
