this was good, but then they put out an update full of AI slop then lie about it being AI slop.

i love this game, it tells a weird and interesting story that is perfectly fit for being a silent hill type game. it isnt up to par with the silent hill 2 remake, but for a new entry and despite its flaws it is a fantastic game. some of the combat can drag the game down, but there was a patch that reduced most of the combat encounters down. i have not played this patch, i completed ng and 1 run of ng+ pre-patch.

this game might be my new favorite search-action type game of all time for a first-time casual playthrough.
the game would readily make me laugh and then would turn around and punch me in the gut and cut my onions. the full range is expressed through this masterpiece work of art.

its very long for one of these type games so i probably wont play it again for a good long while, oh well it's still a 10/10 :)

motion sickness city, even if you turn motion blur off all the static blur stays and its vomit inducing. cant turn off any of the static blur/chromatic aberration effects. i made it ~10 minutes before i had to stop it gave me an actual headache.
