Saints Row IV would be the lovechild if GTA impregnated Crackdown while on ecstacy in the Matrix. The evolution of the franchise, the story, characters and the dialoge coluldnt be more ridiculous. This is obvioulsly intentional and part of its charm. The action, superhero abilities, abstract silliness and not so subtle naughtiness make Saints Row IV easily one of the most enjoyable games of the year.
