Starting Lan Server:
1- make sure to add "-tickrate 128" in your launch options for 128 tick server (right click csgo -> properties -> launch options)
2- type "sv_lan 1" in console before creating server
3- create bots server (but with no bots)
4- type "status" in console to view ip of server
