Riddled with bugs, lack optimization and in dire need of polish in basic mechanics like pathing and throwing items. The combat mechanic is interesting. Unfortunately even that feel sluggish and not very well polished. I got this on sale. If I didn't I would have felt downright scammed.

Seems like a really fun game concept. Unfortunately the tutorial was so bad and filled with bugs that I couldn't even get throug that. Cannot recommend in the current state. It really doen'y bode well for the game itself.

Despite a rugged launch with bad performance even on high end systems and bugs all over, the game has been patched and is actually exactly what I expect from a Borderlands game. Funny, voilent, inappropriate, over the top and tons and tons of fun. So pick your favorite way to kill hordes of enemies and get to it Vaulthunter! YOU ARE A MEAT BICYCLE!!

So much potential in this game, but there are just too many bugs, crashes, connection issues, empty lobbies and other stuff that makes it a frustrating experience. It has all the elements to be good solid shooter, but until a lot more has been ironed out, I unfortunately cannot recommend it.

Chaotic, fun, intense. Worth every penny and minute, Beware though, it's still not finished, so there are a limited amount of weapons, missions and levels available

Update: I have now revisited the game yet again, and can honestly say that it is very much worth your money and time. The potential has been released and it is in fact a great game after all the bug fixes.

Dying Light 2 has the potential to be a great game, unfortunately it's absolutely riddled with bugs, crashes, framerate drops, lag and several other disheartening occurences. Last night I spent several hours on forums just to be able to stop making it crash every time I tried starting a story quest. Abilites are not registering in combat, sometimes looting is impossible, survival sense (the main way of detecting enemies and loot) are not working properly. Some graphic settings are absolutely tanking framerates (droppping from 100+ to 20+ The list just keeps getting longer.

I would stay away from this game until such time where a major patch fixes all the issues or at the very least comes on a *significant* sale (50% or more)

Updated for patch 1.2:
I still get crashes (though not gamebreaking ones), framerate drops and unresponsive combat. There are still issues with survival sense and the navigational parts of the HUD seems to show/not show at random. Lots of little things to fix still. I'd still recommend not buying until a patch that fixes basic things are out.

Phenominal, beautiful and mindblowing. It's that simple.

This game gives me a real sense of Pride and accomplishment.
The perfect mix of Portal, Snake (the real one, not that Konami crap) and Bubble Bobble!
Sooo many loot boxes to loot and so many hats to wear! It's almost unbelieveable!
It even has the option of unlimited FPS - Take THAT console peasents!!!
I find it disturbing however, that I can't utilize my ultrawide screen, as there are no 3440x1440p support.

I give this game a perfect 7/5!

One of the things I loved most about Fallout 4, was the ability to use mods. Now these mods are hidden behind a paywall. So sadly, I have gone from loving this game, to most likely never touching it again. Whoever came up with this idea of paid mods should be fired... out of a canon and into the sun.

Way too much grinding if you aren't willing to spew more money into the machine.
