Also this is completely unrelated and I don't mean to put into question the team's decisions but I had a look at Spatels' op.gg since it is required per rules that a player
must be d3+
I'm very surprised at the sign-up considering he's been unranked for a while and peaked gold/plat before. From talking to Julian I do not think he has any hidden accounts
While he meets rank requirements (D3 in Flex), and with all due respect, I feel like Spatels' level is most likely much lower than the rest of the league
If needed I could try and recommend some players who might be able to help you out?
