Small squad based X-com, without most of the downtime. You can't choose random recruits and follow them from rookie on up, but I like the personalities of the characters there are to choose from. The abilities work well with each other and there's still cool toys to research and use. Fast paced missions based around breaching a room or area, then completing an objective in there before finishing or moving on.
