Cannot get enough. Amazing game. And that's from a dude that usually doesn't like games that are heavy on exploration. The fact that it's non-linear makes things even more interesting, as you can get your ass kicked by bosses you're not meant to meet yet way early in the game. The minimalist approach to tutorials also benefits the game, it made me feel like back when I was playing Hercules and was trying to figure out how to control the character and how the hell I can traverse UP in the first level of a 2D game.

Cannot wait for the sequel!

Edit: I've never been this ambitious in a game, I've never cared about 100% completion. Seeing that 105% on the screen filled my heart with joy. That being said, I want a personal apology from whoever designed Path of Path.

If you like the puzzle style of RE1, but feel that the controls are clunky, and the control scheme and overall perspective of RE4, but didn't like the first-person view of RE7 (or its lack of actual zombies), then oh boy, does this game have a treat for you.

Really sad that the servers are empty. The game is genuinely fun, the maps and assets are good-looking, reminds me of Quake 3 Arena and deserves the title of spiritual successor.

Early Access Review
Extremely fun and addicting. Community is split into both toxic and just fun people wanting to have fun. Thankfully, the fun people are in the majority.

Played the beta a long while ago, but never got to buying the full game. Tried the co-op mode with a friend, a bit confusing at first, but all in all extremely fun.

A great story which led me to start reading the comics for which it serves as a prequel: Fables. Highly recommend both the game and the comics. Can't wait for season 2.

As much as I LOVE Orion:Prelude, I simply cannot recommend this game. I bought it back when it was in Early Access and payed 10 euros for it (because I owned Prelude). Wouldn't normally do that, but I really really wanted to support this developer. To be honest, the game was underwhelming, yet fun to play. It had a few issues, but it ran rather smoothly. Hell, I actually liked this game when I bought it. But now, I feel like it's worse performance-wise than when it was in Early Access. Sure, a lot of content has been added, but the game is basically unplayable in first/third person on low. Top down is the only smooth-ish way to play the game. Sadly, it doesn't even feel fun anymore. Unlike Prelude, they clearly tried to make this one a more serious game. I know it's not fair to compare it to its predecessor, but it feels like Guardians had a lot of hype around it and it fell short due to the popularity of Orion. I am still waiting to see what games Trek make in the future, but, at least at the moment, I cannot recommend Guardians.

>opens door
>sees dead horse cut in half
>thinks "at least it can't be worse"
>LITERALLY next second, jumpscare vision ensues

10/10 would destroy my eardrums again
