If you love the show like I do, than you have to give this a try. The controls are not the best, but still it is awesome to pretend you are up there at one of the sites to find gold.

As i said the controls are a little complex, but eventually you will get the hang of it. it is fun to play around. for me it is not a game to put hundreds or thousands of hours in. the main thing it is lacking in my opinion is the multiplayer or at least coop part. This would be great fun with your gaming buddy(s) and play miner.

to wrap up: if you love the show, and you are a gamer that likes to try stuff : thumbs up and recommending it (like i did) if you are hardcore simulation fanatic, and you want to drive big things, go to truck simulator or farming simulator or so.
come to think of it, if they would rebuild Gold Rush on farming simulator engine, that would be a great improvement ;-)
