You played through the whole of NieR without installing the FAR mod!? It fixes the mouse issue and the fullscreen issue and uncaps the FPS. I also think reviewing it negatively in protest is futile. There are so many before you and if you really did enjoy the game then recommend it. Just make sure to tell the next guy to download FAR.
