after over 9000 hours since 2012 (played quite a bit on the non steam version too) I've made the decision to delete all of my knights and leave behind this wretched game.

The community is awful and has witch hunted me for well over a decade, turning a blind eye to it despite their rules against it.

The devs like to sprinkle in false promises of hope every time the player base starts to wane in a sort of abusive relationship with its players to keep them hooked.

friends of mine have been false banned from the game for alleged cheating only because the people running the game not only haven't played it, but also do not understand how their own game works.

for example: last year they did a massive permanent ban wave, banning many prominent players because they obtained an item from a boss they deemed wasn't content that was available (except it was content that's been available since 2013)

It used to upset me when I'd hear people say it, but now all I can recommend is that you ONLY PLAY THIS GAME FOR THE TF2 HAT

With that said here is how to get the tf2 hat

Beat the tutorial and make it through the intro levels to get to haven

now that you are in haven press M, a menu will appear, look to the top right of the menu and select "ARCADE" then begin a gate from the first terminal

You should get mail from saxton hail, i think, give me a break it's been 13 years. if that didn't work, run the first few levels till you make it to the terminal checkpoint
