This game is wonderful

I adore this game. There's a lot of ways to handle things and how you advance through the ages. However, I did encourage a bemusing bug with the cold war mechanic where, when the tension was peaked at 100%, it would endlessly declare more and more wars, although ultimately it did nothing.

Overall 1 9/10 I forgot to eat while playing.

Broke all mods with a single meaningless update. RIP fluffy boy

A very fun game, but it needs foxes.

They have added a fox as a DLC character. I am immensely pleased.

Basically left 4 dead with a bit more, although the inability to gain anything without playing with other people is a bad design choice and quite frustrating to those who would prefer to play the game on their own and actually have something to show for it.

Launched the game, set it to the correct monitor, couldn't get the proper resolution. My left monitor, which has a smaller resolution than my primary monitor was selected by uno for reasons unknown to be the thing it bases it's existence off of. As a result, when put on the good monitor, it refuses to actually use 1080p, rather it prefers to stay at 768 like a stubborn child. Also never thought I'd see the day a card game has paid dlcs coming.

Base game is amazing, thid DLC sucks. AI only work in one game mode, and even on heroic all they do is spam an insane amount of infantry, which is very very easy to counter.

Paid mods are now, and always will be, a terrible idea. The actual game is mediocre at best, and making people pay for mods to make it enjoyable simply ruin the game.

It's very fun, but at teh same time very flawed. I recommend buying it when on a sale, it isn't worth full price.
