Fluffy Pancake Recipe: 1 cup flour, 1 cup milk, 1/2 tea spoon salt, 1 tea spoon baking powder, 1 table spoon sugar, 1 egg,

Mix well until smooth!!!

Preheat pan till water drops float and sizzle,

drizzle a light coat of oil and then wipe the excess,

take a ladle and scoop a portion of the batter

Gently pour the batter onto the hot pan and swirl it around

once the batter is cooked from the bottom side, and you see holes at the top,

flip it to the other side and cook till golden.
