The default controls are one handed, but if you want to clear the game, I recommend using a custom 2 handed control scheme.

Pros: Very nice and relaxing game. Amazing for Touhou fans, thanks to all the lore and music and cute girls. Also works on Mac.

Cons: Feels very long for an indie game. I'm over 20 hours in and it still doesn't feel like I'm near the end of the game.

I'm still not convinced that getting transfured is a bad thing.

Note: despite being a longtime Touhou fan I don't play the bullet hell games very often, so this review is from the perspective of a casual player.

I just played the game and I love it. Didn't clear it because I suck, but I still love it. The general atmosphere of the game is just like the official games, yet the unique art style and music gave the game its own personality. I'm also a fan of PC-98 Touhou games, so it's nice to see the references. It's also nice to see weaker characters getting the spotlight, especially Rin Satsuki. The subverted expectations of weaker characters being the boss is very funny, and I find it especially amusing that the boss themes don't match the boss.

Gameplay wise, I find the difficulty fair and challenging, the easy and normal modes are quite similar to the average official games. As far as I can tell, the only gimmick the player has is lowering the item collection line after collecting enough points, which is nice because it gives the player a useful mechanic without being annoying or overpowered. I love that each stage and boss has their own gimmick in the gameplay, which makes each battle unique and more memorable.

Very fun game. I love it. I wish I played it sooner.

Minor problems:
When I maximize the window, it moves to the left side of the screen. If I try to move the window to the center, it minimizes again. Not sure if anyone else is having this problem, or if is there a way to fix it. I just wish I could just fullscreen the game or something.
When selecting quit in the pause menu, it doesn't have the "are you sure? (y/n)" prompt, which resulted in me accidentally resetting the game multiple times. I accidentally quit the game instead of continue when I lost at the final boss, twice, which is why I've yet to clear the game, good or bad ending. I just wish there is a level of redundancy to prevent shaky hands from choosing the wrong option, especially after the adrenaline rush from playing intense bullet hell.

Fun puzzle game with fanservice bonus. If you like Bejeweled and hentai then this game is for you.

Very amazing. Haven't felt such emotions since playing NieR: Automata. I can't give anymore details without spoiling the game. Highly recommended to everyone.

A badly written hentai visual novel disguised as a flight shooting game. The gameplay is decent at best, but it is unpolished. You move with wasd, and aim and left click with the mouse to shoot enemies around you and right click to use abilities. Destroy a certain number of enemies, and the boss will show up, and then destroy it to win. Each level has two stages, and then after that an eroge visual novel cutscene where the protagonist have sex with the bad dragon to purify them. You can collect currency and upgrade your attacks, but dispite this the gameplay gets monotonous fast. The English translation was badly translated and the story is nonexistent.

This is a cheap eroge visual novel. Do not buy it for the gameplay. If you want to, you can buy it for the hentai, preferably while it is on sale.

This game is basically a boss rush bullet hell. While the idea of skipping the stage and fighting only the boss is a good one, this game fails in the execution. Aside from the artworks, which are acceptable, this game is incredibly unpolished.

The ingame sprites are static and lifeless. When shot at, the boss spaz out in place, which looks strange and sometimes results in the boss moving in erratic ways. The bullets appear out of nowhere and the patterns are incredibly static. If you can dodge the first wave you can often stand still and dodge the rest. The player's atack is incredibly narrow, making fighting the boss a chore. Often I drain the health bar of the boss, but she refuses to die for some reason and I had to wait for a few moments until I finally win the stage. The powerups are attracted towards the empty space in front of your chracter, making collecting them very weird. The bombs made all the bullets turn into point items for a single frame, which results in new bullets appearing instantly and old point items still moving into position. The transition between the fights and the cutscenes are nonexistent, resulting in very werid cuts between fighing the stage and suddenly manga style cutscene and then suddenly the fanservice images.

The transition from the story into the lewd images are very jarring, and you can't even enjoy them properly because the main menu is nonexistent, so you cannot save your progress or vew image unlocks or anything. Unless an update polishes up the game I would not reccomend buying it. But then again it is pretty cheap so maybe buy it during a sale. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and play Touhou instead.
