Such a fun RPG with great art, humour and characters. The world feels truly unique.

It's a little rough around the edges, but at its core it's a wonderful experience.

The best hour I've spent on a game in a long time. Perfect execution of a truly unique premise.

Promise Mascot Agency is a masterclass in how to do a follow up game.

Instead of rehashing their successful game, or starting from scratch with something completely different, they've managed to recreate the best elements from paradise killer (satisfying exploration, engaging world, strong visual style, fun characters with depth) and achieve them again what feels like a very different way.

Its both fresh, and has the same feeling you already loved, a perfect "sequel".

This game is as the characters within aspire to be. It may be rough around the edges (especially on steam deck), but it's doing what it can, to help who it can, with the tools its got.

How it manages to encourage you to not only engage with the dialogue and characters through gameplay, but also internalise the therapeutic principles underneath, is seriously good design.

I will be thinking about Vampire Therapist for a long time.

Nice and chill. With little dialogue it presents engaging stories. The art and models are nice too.

Quite short but very sweet.

This game is really rough: Its frustratingly janky/buggy, the game mechanics are not well explained and its far too long for what it is. The comparison is always made to frostpunk but it takes twice as long to beat the main story for way less content. It often just feels like a chore to play instead of being challenging.

In the end though I really appreciate what it was trying for, its just a shame its not more polished/refined.

Only worth playing on sale if you really like the setting and look up guides to understand the mechanics and bugs to be aware of.

Great art style, full of charm and doesn't waste a minute of your time. The perfect kind of indie game

Beautiful art, wonderful characters and a great setting, its such a shame the game doesn't give you time to enjoy it without cheating.

It's not as relaxed a game as you would think but its still good in spite of the serious pacing issues.

It has the bones of what could have been an interesting story, all the right ingredients for a bottle episode in the life of avasarala.

Sadly its overly short, and the janky animation undercuts the one good emotional moment the story manages to set up.

If you really want to play it then get it on sale at the very least

If you want more expanse then its worth picking up deeply discounted.

For short moments it feels like the game hits on what makes the expanse great, nailing the characters and atmosphere, but then at other times it feels too awkwardly put together to take seriously.

At least for me the gameplay, like searching for collectibles/ button prompts in awkward places, and the insignificant choices only detract from the experience.
