This was my first souls game and having gone back and played most of the rest I can see flaws in its design especially relating to the map but honestly it's still amazing

If you are new to this style of game then just know that you can defeat anything if you persevere no matter how many times it takes and try to enter a state of equanimity in the chaos of the boss fights (and of course you can always grind more levels)

The worldbuilding, lore, music, and general vibe are absolutely unparalleled so if you're thinking about getting this game just do it

Hidden gem for war vehicle enjoyers

The maps are huge and each aircraft has its own unique role. Launching salvos of missiles and the occasional nuke is tons of fun.

Absolute steal for <$20

It's honestly more like Slay the Spire 1.5 than Slay the Spire 2 but still really good

Only complaint is that the UI is not the greatest for example the icons in the bottom left jump around annoyingly when you change ammo but this is minor
