#WELCOME TO ALPHA RAT SIMULATOR
If you enjoy sitting in ambush for someone’s starter gun -this is your game.
If you want fair PvP and reasonable progression, skip it. For this price, it’s absolutely not worth it.
The worst part is the vibe that the developers either didn’t properly test the game, or genuinely think forcing people to farm 24/7 is a good way to keep the player count up.
The game looks and sounds good, and the Ark/robot physics are a real strong point. But is that worth paying this price?
Everything else is grind for the sake of grind. Rat gameplay is encouraged, the economy and balance are a mess, there are too many bugs, and even basic in-game explanation of what the “expedition” is and how it actually works -clearly, step-by-step, in the game -is missing. It feels like the devs are making things up on the fly.
Played enough to get the main idea: this game isn’t about fun or meaningful progression -it’s about grind, rats, and a broken economy. The PvP mechanics themselves are decent, but in practice it all comes down to who sits in ambush smarter and who farms longer.


✅ Robot (Ark) physics- honestly awesome. The reactions, destruction, the feel of it — really satisfying.
✅ Sound and visuals- solid quality, the atmosphere can be great.
✅ Core PvP concept- the idea is fine: take damage → pop shield → heal → reposition. In theory, it’s fair (was taken from other games I guess like Apex Legends, Tarkov...).


❌ Endless grind.
The devs never made it clear early on that to progress for the next expedition you need to farm 5 million coins just to get those 5 points. They don’t say it in the game. It’s on their WEBSITE. And we’re expected to keep track of that? Seriously?
I managed to save up for the expedition -fine, for 128 hrs I got around 800k. But another 5 million before December 22 is just unrealistic for a normal person who doesn’t play 24/7.

❌ The economy is broken.
Everything revolves around loot, but the value, access, and progression are tuned like players are expected to live in the game.

❌ Way too many rats.
• People sit on corners ready to wait 30 minutes just to steal your basic gun.
• There’s also a whole “class” of rats hunting rats: they run cheap kits, look for ongoing fights, and just third-party for easy finishes.
For ex: we’re holding a 2v2 just fine, then another squad comes from behind and cleans us up.

❌ Events turn into ambush simulator.
Night raids with higher loot value should be hype. Instead:
there’s almost always a rat camping and waiting 20–30 minutes. You can only extract safely near the very end of the match -and even that’s not guaranteed if another proffesional rat rolls in.

❌ Bugs and abuse.
Right now you can literally die “from nowhere”:
• Server quality is a mess. Every second or third game I see the “bad connection” icon. So why am I not being put on the servers near me with good ping? Instead I’m getting shoved into laggy matches where I’m basically free loot.
• People shoot from inside textures
• Mines can be placed inside textures — you can’t even see them
• Weapon bugs
• Some players shoot while jumping and are nearly impossible to track
• Fast reload exploit
• Teleporting / clipping through geometry to reach top-tier loot spots
Balance is basically: “whoever found the exploit wins.”

Playing this feels like unpaid QA. I’m not even playing I’m just a moving test dummy and discovering their broken mess. Why am I paying for this instead of getting paid? The “full release” tag feels like straight-up bait. The game isn’t worth the money, and the mechanics are still half-baked.

Boring game...

Good game and it will take a lot of your free time - That's for sure!
Cons:

• - Limited scenario repeats again and again.
  
• - No significant discounts for DLCs.
  
• - Annoying game play, can't close these NEWS:"rabbit die" with hot keys. Takes a lot of time to do it with mouse.

Game score: 6/10

I bought this game ages ago and finally its not "alpha beta gamma" version BUT it still not worth time and money.
#1 - Full of bugs
#2 - Servers not working stably, sometimes it's unreal to connect to your teammate
#3 - Game play for few hours

There are no toxics no bulling, nothing like that. Only potatoes, tomatoes, and fishing, oh yeah I forgot about cooking and animals. Good and positive game! It's definitely worth money - in case you are looking chilling game.

Mobile (PAY TO WIN) game for PC...

N - Nice, the game is really nice!
A - Amazing - try to survive on the battlefield, it's not always EZ as you think... :D
H - Hackers, they are everywhere, almost every single map and the thing is they are always on the top for example: 50 kills 0 death, but after a while, they are getting kicked and hopefully banned.. :D
Ok, no jokes... I love this game (not only this version). BUUUT THE PROBLEM NOW - not many players in this game, maybe that's why a lot of hacked accounts are filling players amount on the battlefield, and some of them are hackers-cheaters with aimbots e t. c.
It's so sad and funny, I hope EA will force users to protect their accounts with something like 2FA systems...
Yeah now is breaking moment, EA made a monthly subscription here in Steam, so people can afford the game for a low price anytime they want it and I LOVE IT. But At the same time, this subscription is NOT giftable. Which is sad. That's probably why I'm playing solo for ages :D

Result:
The Idea, gameplay, music, and atmosphere in this game are soooo NICE and worth it.
Yeah, I would recommend to developers delete some things like after you die from someone you could see his location - it's making this game like an ez arcade mode without even thinking, but it's a different story.
So, I mentioned all problems I found for now 16 November 2020 .
Suggesting to buy a subscription ONLY.

If your target is chilling - this game is the right choice. aaand waste a couple of days in real life :D

Updates. Love it! New stuff in the game making it more interesting. But always BUT... after around ~hundred hours you'll feel like you researched everything and nothing new in it you can just simply restart the game on new map, every new map - new strategy of surviving.
