Looks like a poxxy version of http://store.razerzone.com/store/razerusa/en_US/pd/productID.169420200/categoryId.35096300 - and you have to pay a subscription too. I imagine it's better than plain headphones but you'd wanna give it a trial run and compare it to real 7.1 headphones as well.
