Player of Tarkov, Arc, Delta Force, and Gray Zone:

No other extraction shooter mixes the high stakes feeling of a extraction shooter with the progression of a rouge like games.

I played both at launch and the most recent update.

I am happy to say that its finally to a point where I would recommend it to someone else!

Love the concept of a persistent open world extraction shooter, but there were some pretty glaring issues at launch. The game runs a lot better and has many added features (like capture points, nighttime, and weather) while also being A LOT more optimized for my machine.

If you are looking for a game that has elements of Tarkov, but can also stand alone as a game (not as a rip-off, looking at you Delta Force and Arena Blackout) I suggest giving Gray Zone a try!

Its 2025 and we still don't have an easy way to have a multiplayer league.

IF you want to play with a friend, you need to have a FTP server setup and transfer the save files back and forth that way.

As a game is categorized as an "MMO" and "Online PVP" this is disingenuous and needs to be fixed. One of my best gaming memories is playing Football Manager 2014 multiplayer with a friend... and the fact that we still don't have this as an accessible option in OTTP26 is very disappointing.

Insane game, breath of fresh air for the gaming community! Love it.
