It is incredibly fun. I recommend it. I would however wait for an official update on the servers / multiplayer side of things if you are looking to solely play with friends. Other then that it is incredibly fun and I'm sure more great things to come :)

Old SWAT game feels

I'm on the streets just raging out having a good time. <3

Lots of hours pre Steam, even if you ignored all the great end game content, the amount of fun you can have just playing the single player campaign is worth giving it a try. I always comeback just to do the campaign missions and am never disappointed. The boss battles are always intense and a lot of fun. Community is friendly and lots of active players to help.

40 hours in and I am just blasting through planets to find a planet that might make me feel happy inside. Bored of scanning objects that look exactly the same as one's on previous planets. Make's no sense that it would be a new discovery. The space battles are becoming ridiculously easy with an upgraded ship to the point 8-10 pirates can be coming directly at me and get owned before even getting close enough for me to even see them. Found a planet full of pearls and farmed around 100 million in one session so money isn't really a big deal. I would really enjoy walking around a planet if there were more to see and do but it gets boring fast and you just want to move on to the next planet. They need more danger and more hostile environments. I know they are out there but they should make the chances of hitting one way higher to at least provide a challenge. I too am going to put this one down and await some updates and patches which have more content. If you want to spend the money to try it out go for it but I would recoomend holding off until we see some improvements.
