Receta de Panchos gourmet

Ingredientes:
Panchos
Pan de Viena
Vinagre de Alcohol
Hoja de Laurel
Condimentos a gusto
Agua

Preparación:
1. Llenar una olla con suficiente agua para sumergir todos los panchos
2. Agregar la hoja de laurel y vinagre a gusto
3. Agregar los panchos
4. Prender la hornalla en fuego alto
5. Poner la olla sobre la hornalla
6. Tapar la olla
7. Esperar a que rompa en hervor el agua
8. Justo antes de que los panchos se rompan, apagar el fuego
9. Cortar panes de viena
10. Poner panchos en los panes de viena
11. Condimentar panchos a gusto

1 cáscara de limón
Sal q.s.
3 huevos
Aceite para freír
Azúcar en polvo
Canela para espolvorear
Preparación:
1. En una sartén encender el agua.
Sazone con unas pocas piedras de sal.
Agregue la cáscara de limón y la mantequilla.
Déjalo hervir.
2. Tan pronto como comience a hervir, retire la cáscara de limón y agregue la harina.
Revuelva hasta despegar la sartén.
Pon la masa en un tazón y deja que se enfríe un poco.
Listo para comer
