What happens when the classic card game cribbage meets the roguelike poker game Balatro? You get Cribbish! In this game you're playing cribbage hands, but you've got relics, potions, and other power-ups to help you achieve ever-higher scores, which is very necessary because the requirements of each new round keep growing more unhinged. Cribbish is an absolute treasure for cribbage fans who enjoy a challenge, a pure delight to play (rage-inducing moments and all), and incredibly addictive. I can't recommend it highly enough!

Balatro is an AMAZINGLY ADDICTIVE card game! The basic rules are based around poker: make the highest ranking hand of up to five cards that you can to progress from level to level. Along the way you have access to various powerups that increase the value of the chips you can score with each hand or manipulate the game (hopefully) in your favor in other ways. No matter how many times you lose (and you will), you keep feeling the need to chase that elusive win, and that only encourages you to keep trying for more. Tremendous fun factor: 11/10!

This is a great collection of uniquely invented solitaire games. Specifically, they're games which seem at the start as though they ought to be immediately familiar, but there's something unique about each one of them that requires you to think of new ways of playing. My personal favorite, by the way, is cribbage solitaire: a great way of playing my favorite card game solo, and I've actually started playing this game on a real table with real cards, too.

An excellent clone of Scrabble, perfect for anyone who enjoys the board game, or word games in general. It has everything you need from a good game of Scrabble without the needless bells and whistles that come with so many branded games these days, all distractions from the gameplay itself. I've only played against the computer so far, but I have every reason to believe this would be just as fun (if not more fun) playing online with friends, too.

This was truly one of the most heartwarming stories I've ever had the pleasure of participating in. In a way, corny as it sounds, I was able to live a life I never had but dreamed of growing up, and that made it all the more meaningful. The writing and plots are fantastic. I laughed, I cried (okay, I bawled), and at the end I had a feeling of pure joy.

An excellent exploration and management game, akin to Civilization, though with additional interactions possible with other civilizations and native life, combined with the differences that exist from colonizing a new world and adapting it, in one way or another, to the needs of humans. Very highly recommended.

Simple, elegant, refined, and with a fantastic user interface: this is a solitaire game that will stand the test to time as a joy to play.

Trying to keep track of ever-changing and wholly nonsensical bureaucracy while processing would-be immigrants AND doing so in as timely a manner as possible so you can afford the bare necessities of life... and keeping your life, as a matter of fact, is an incredible challenge, and you're bound to slip up, only to realize a second too late what you did wrong. This is a very compelling game with a tremendous amount of minimalist atmosphere and enough stress to keep your nerves pulled tight.

TowerFall was absolutely superb when I bought it for my brand-new Ouya console once upon a time, and it's gotten even better since on the PC. Every time I played it with friends we enjoyed a delightful mix of hilarity and competition, and both the winners and the losers had a fabulous time playing it. Regardless of the platform it's played on, TowerFall is a game my friends and I look forward to playing over and over again, right up to the point of begging. Perfect as a party game, its new quest missions also breathe new life for single-player enjoyment, too. I highly recommend this game to absolutely everyone.

A very fun challenge and puzzle game clearly reminiscent of Chip's Challenge, yet with a charm all its own. All the pop-up navigation menus and the endless visual effects can be a bit distracting at times when all you want to do is work your way through level after level, but the excellent gameplay with lots of replay ability as you strive to improve your time and collect gold medals makes up for that one deficiency. Highly recommended!
