Pekin Ördeği Tarifi Nasıl Yapılır?
Bir tencereye zencefili, portakal kabuğunu, taze soğanı atıp, kaynatın.
Bu kaynatılan suda ördeği duş aldıracağız. Bunun amacı derinin biraz çekilip ve daha parlak gözükmesi.
Uzun bir çubukta 20 dakika dinlendirin. Ardından ördeğin için içine zencefil ve taze soğan koyup kürdanla tutturun.
Önceden 180 derecede ısıtılmış fırına atın yarım saat 180 derecede çevirerek altlı üstlü pişirin.
Yarım saat sonra üzerine soya soslu, portakal sulu ve ballı karışımı fırça yardımıyla sürün.
160 dereceye alıp yarım saat daha pişirin. Güzel bir servis kabına alıp yanına biberiye ekleyin süslemek için.
Çok havalı bir yemek yaptınız afiyet olsun.
