ROCK AND STONE!

Bullet heavens/hells are one of my favourite genres of games, and this is by far the best one I have played. Even in early access this game has much more creativity and promise than most fully published games. It also helps that Ghost Ship has a great track record with Deep Rock Galactic, consistently putting out fun, engaging content updates. The roadmap also includes almost all the features I feel are missing from the game (and that is a short list of things). 10/10.

Don’t waste your money.

By this point in the game's life, the only players that exist are either complete beginners or 4000+ hour sweaty nerds. I have 5000 hours combined over Xbox, Origin, and now Steam, and honestly, don't waste your time with the PVP. The weapon balancing is terrible, and playing with controller on PC is incredibly boring because of how ridiculously overpowered it is (you get better, easier movement, and some of the most insane aim assist I have ever seen in any game). Titan combat is not engaging or interesting and becomes stale after about 100 hours of playtime. At a high level everyone uses the same things, and certain individuals run around terrorizing new players in attrition with the most overpowered loadouts (CAR, Frags, Legion) or abuse unintended game mechanics (like grapple slingshoting) that will never get fixed because the game is more than 7 years old and abandoned.

Campaign is a 10/10 though.

This game is not worth $40, but the again nothing EA has made since has been worth that much either.

2 years later update: got banned for telling someone to "shut up" in text chat. thats literally it, was explicitly highlighted as a reason when they denied my appeal. <3
