Walling, he's not very obvious but if you check out the replay you can see how he changes his playstyle completely when he's close to someone and how he prefires some peeks.
Also there's bound to be some point in the game where he forgets to cover it up and it's pretty obvious he's walling. Just look for the moments when he's on low hp and close to someone, how he plays perfectly around the corners without letting them see him. You'll get banned soon enough, you piece of ♥♥♥♥.
