Don't let the numbers fool you, I've played lots of hours on the Android version,.
It's simple: If you like the warhammer universe, 40k and the horus heresy, and card games like magic or hearthstone, you'll like this one.
New content is added non-stop, campaings and events where you get to play decks and cards you don't have are added every week or two, and the card library is increasing each week.
Things like the special raids this week where you get to fight titans are really fun.

The f2p model is fair IMHO, you can get everything by playing,, and in the events you play with tons of different decks and characters without having to buy them.
