Hey, i appreciate the advice regarding those achievements but the developer shouldn't be getting away with being incompetent, they should fix the problems and not rely on others to mod the issues away, so i intend to keep bringing it up until they get their act together. That's actually exactly what the "Xbox One Controller fix" is meant to address. I could probably have named it better, but it's just based on the observation that the game queries the id of the controller and if it detects the "Xbox 360 Wireless Receiver for Windows" it uses the proper bindings and allows you to rebind the triggers and otherwise it doesn't. Somehow the developers missed that the Xbox One and wired 360 controllers also exist. All the fix does is pass the device id of the wireless 360 controller no matter what controller is connected, so that should already solve your problem.

I'm not really sure what you mean with either of your questions, in the default configuration LB should be block and RB the special attack. Also the 360 controller should just work without any additional change.
