It is very basic Stellaris with way less content than the free mod. Unless you are a hardcore Trekkie, save yourself the money and go get ST: New Horizons for Stellaris. Even if you are, go get the mod. The mod works its way through the timeline with different ships and classes and making them obsolete over time. This is just maybe 5 or 6 useful ship classes for each. The mod has way more content and some cool mechanics. I will say the mission path in this is pretty neat, at least for the Federation.
