It's pretty good.

Good puzzles, decent action, nice and chill.

I've never been more excited to get coal.

It's pretty and the story is nice, but it's a little...undercooked? Barely any enemy variety, frustrating combat, instant death spike pits everywhere... Can't recommend, there's just too many better options out there.

It may be janky and outdated, but ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, after all these years, I still love this game.

Quite possibly the best city builder I've ever played.

A bit rough around the edges, but still solid enough to recommend.

Good stuff: nice area design, areas loop back and interconnect really well. Boss fights were challenging and had some dope ass designs.

So-so stuff: some mechanics are a bit finicky. Ladders and ledge grabs take a while to get used to and got me killed more than once.

Bad: normal enemies are a bit spongy, and can take a lot of hits to kill, which is more tedious than challenging. Key items to progress are gated behind some really cryptic ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

On the whole, pretty fun, not perfect. Give it a shot.

Still stuck on BC1 difficulty after 60+ hours.
