tl;dr 10/10 BUY IT NOW

pros: music great, atmosphere and sound design terrifying, monsters freakish, npcs lovable, secrets abundant
cons: combat could be better, slightly unbalanced at times, my dumb ahh keeps getting lost and it's freaking scary down here!!!!

Zelda-inspired roguelike bullet hell where all the bad guys are bugs and poops and demons and vaginas and you kill your mom then crawl inside her to kill her heart then go to hell to kill Satan.

Unironically one of the greatest games of all time.
