A very fun, but potentially anxiety and rage inducing experience for some users and its prevalent in its player base. 3's Competitive mode is fun but only typically when playing with a team who knows what they are doing. I would recommend looking up fundamentals on playing Rocket League on rotations, learning how to read plays, and then practice your individual skill. 1's and 2's competitive teaches you slower more mechanical play, 3's teaches you more team work oriented skills as well as learning to play "fast" as well.

All in all, people get extremely toxic and frustrated quickly if they get scored on right away and will "tilt" and try to forfeit right away, its really annoying. A lot of players are also ego driven, you could be playing correctly and they could be ball chasing screwing up other peoples shots and they'll still call you bad.

Unfortunately it looks like the developers abandoned the game as there is a lot of bugs left to get sorted. Can't find all the items in the collections, as well as if the main tutorial is skipped, you miss out on the legendary gun and cant go back in get it the single player/quest mode. Also the items are set per area so you can never find anything out of a set list of items making the replay ability predictable and boring.

Its fun for a one time go through but once you beat the game and get most of everything, you wont be able to complete the sets afterwards.

Need to have its graphics engine fixed/overhauled to get rid of GPU driver crashing errors, only game I get this issue with, plethora of google search threads regarding these problems. I'm running the latest, sound, GPU 18.8.2 drivers from AMD as well as chipset drivers from the motherboard. No Fixes yet.

As someone who's loved the Counter-Strike franchise for its competitive modes and leagues surrounding Counter-Strike, until something is seriously done with the cheating problem, I can't recommend anyone play this game for competitive purposes.

With the game being free to play, all valve did was make it easier for people to create new accounts to be able to get access to their lootbox system and spend money on their platform. They don't care about the actual integrity of their game.

If they made the game $40, add $20 fee to play Premier mode, made users register with their address, DL#, phone number (to make it hard and annoying as possible to cheat in competitive), in addition to having a more intrusive anti-cheat and do manual bans and or sue mainstream cheat developers for violating their TOS, this game will never be saved on the competitive side of things.

Valve simply isn't doing enough.
