It's a pretty good sequel to the original life is strange. Leans more into the supernatural that's OK with me.

Major downside the defaults graphic settings are awful, super blurry. Turning "resolution scale" to ~95% instead of 100% and "post processing" to "high" instead of "cinematic" fixed it, game is unplayable if you don't do that.

It's not the best RPG ever, not even close, but it has a good combat loop and is very pretty. The RPG systems, story and party member mechanics are underwhelming but OK. Recommended if you like the style of game. Might want to wait for a sale, feels worth more $25-ish than $70.

This is a though one. I love Star Fox 64. Race the Sun from the same devs is really good
I had really high hopes for this game and wanted to love it.

Unfortunately while this is close it just doesn't come together. It just doesn't feel good and fun to play and instead feels clunky and arduous.

This is by far the worst due to the flying. The plane feels slow and clunky, instead of nimble. The levels is extremely limited to a rectangle of fairly small size. Yes SF64 is also on rails but you have paths and a lot more space relative to your plane size. There are only a few levels and a level gets repetitive almost immediately. This combines together to make the game feel like driving a heavy truck down a long stretch of highway rather than a space fighter on an adventure.

The combat is OK but monotone, it needs some tightening. By far the most annoying is that you run out of energy constantly, contributing to making the game feel slow. You should be able to constantly spam lasers in your arcade fighter game.

The upgrade system is way grindy and slow. It takes several hours to be able to afford an upgrade.

Overall I'd recommend skipping it if you're looking for that 90s on rail shooter experience. You're better off playing the classics.
The devs are working on a sequel and I really hope that comes together better, I'll likely still give it a shot.

It's a really good space exploration and ship building game.

The only downside is that sometimes the hints and missions aren't really clear, so you need to google the next steps. This was especially bad with an optional final quest, which is basically in-completable without a walktrough and even with one really obscure.

Somewhere in between Divinity Original Sin 3 and DnD 5e, it's an excellent CRPG

It's a intriguing game about exploration and puzzles. Telling anything more would spoil the experience.

The Halo 1 remaster is pretty good

+ Nostalgia fodder
+ Nice upgraded visuals

- Unclear release dates for all the parts
- Some parts feel rough after 17 years

The scope and quality of this "mod" is as good as a full TES game release

It's a fun game if you like the "meta-game" genre and/or pony-island.

+ Interesting story
+ Interesting takes on games in general
+ Interesting and fun implementation of very different game gengres while retaining game style and controls

- Some of the sections are a bit slow, especially the finishing puzzle section.
- Some of the characters and world are not fully explained (or I'm too dumb to get them), mainly Sado, the Hex itself and the small animal-like character you occasionally see a glimpse of. Either loose ends, "mystery" or sequel-bait, all of are meh reasons.

Overall definitely worth the 6 hours and <€10
