Space Marine 2 delivers an impressive experience that respects Warhammer 40K lore with remarkable accuracy, bringing the universe to life with authentic themes, factions, and detail. Players also get plenty of customization options, allowing their Space Marines to feel truly personal in both style and loadout. The developers have been consistent with updates, keeping the game fresh and polished over time. There’s a ton of content to enjoy, from intense missions to replayable modes and progression systems. Best of all, the game is incredibly fun with friends, turning every battle into a memorable co-op experience filled with action and adrenaline.

PSN isn't supported in many countries, and having a Steam account bridges that gap. Unfortunately, due to whatever reasoning (which no one accepts no matter how nicely worded) SONY has, it will soon become mandatory for people who want to play the game to have a PSN account. I do have a PSN account, one of the "fortunate" countries that is in SONY's list which, not that long ago, was not. Negative review will remain as long as SONY's decision isn't changed. The game has been great from day 1 and it is dark days ahead for the players and AHG Studios if nothing changes. At this point in time, I *DO NOT* recommend this game.

***UPDATE***

On the 6th May 2024, SONY reversed their decision regarding the PSN account creation and linking to continue playing the game. Great. What's not so great is the fact that the game is still de-listed in 177 countries. While the battle was won, the war isn't over.

I'm reverting my review to recommended in light of the news that Sony has decided to re-list the countries that were de-listed.
