Nothin quite like shooting xenos and heretics, while fist pumping and shouting "for the emperor" with your friends, acquaintances, or comrades at arms.

Perfect game for Type A people.

A lot of people decided to play this game and base it on what it isn't, instead of what it is. It be what it be, and when you accept that, the game is fun. Cheesier than most Dragon Age games perhaps, but still a ton of fun. If you don't think it's fun, play on a harder difficulty. It's not the hardest game, but I found it to be fun!

This is a game you can beat in 10 hours, even if you genuinely try to listen/read through all the plot. That said, there's a wide variance in how you can approach each time you play through the game, so it is fun to return to the game to try to beat it again (for the achievements and whatnot)

The gameplay reminds me of other slice of life time-based rpgs (Harvest Moon/Story of Seasons comes to mind immediately) except that it flies through the days, as every action you take outside of the city takes a whole day in-world. This may sound strange, but powering through 5 years of in-game time is a blast, and I highly recommend it.

The amount of gameplay for $6 is bananas.
It's worth the retail of $30!

Do you like mecha? Do you like Dieselpunk? Are you a fan of Company of Heroes style RTS? This is an easy buy. I bought it forever ago at a higher price and am just getting back into it. It's a fun game with alternate history elements centered on a fictional post WWI Europe. Build base, build army, complete objectives. Thankfully, it even has a decent autosave feature so that when you fail right at the end of a mission, you don't have to start over from the very beginning (after, like, 45 minutes of gameplay just down the tube... sorry, I'm having Starcraft flashbacks).

I'm having a lot of fun with it. Some things get clunky, but its mostly very well put together. Feels like Left 4 Dead, but with fun Warhammer 40,000 weapons and banter. The class system is neat, but once you hit max level (30) you're grinding for crafting items to upgrade your gear.

If that sounds cool to you, you may wanna give this game a look!

If you ever wanted Square Enix to make a game like the oldschool Final Fantasy games, I'm here to tell you that this is the game is the game you've been wanting. It's like Square Enix took all the game mechanics that made the original Dragon Quest games great, and just polished and updated them for a modern audience.

Dragon Quest XI like it's own love letter to the Dragon Quest series.

This game is a super solid simulator of what would happen if you decided to actually implement your political beliefs in a country of your choosing. Seeing the consequences definitely put a new outlook in how politics works. Definitely give it a shot (especially if it's on sale)!
