I just finished playing RE: Requiem and had a good time.

The game is split into 2 parts where you play as Grace and Leon.

Grace’s parts are much more horror focused. You have limited ammo, limited healing, and depending on difficulty also limited save points. These sections felt like the real survival horror part of the game. I really recommend playing Grace in first person mode because it makes it even more immersive. Some parts were actually really scary and I loved that.

Leon’s sections feel very different. Since he is Leon and a complete badass, his parts are much more action focused. You have his hatchet which does not break and can be sharpened again whenever you want. You also find a lot more bullets for different guns and rifles. His parts are fun but they are definitely less tense.

Both styles have their pros and cons. Personally I would have liked more Grace sections because I enjoyed the horror parts more than the action ones. I’d say the game is around 60 40 with Leon getting more playtime.

The graphics were amazing. I took a ton of screenshots because some scenes just looked that good. I really recommend pushing the graphics as high as your PC or notebook can handle because it is worth it. The lighting, the atmosphere, and a lot of the environments look fantastic.

The sound design is good too, but no soundtrack really stood out to me as super memorable.

There is also a lot of replay value. You earn CP by doing missions and challenges and can use those points to unlock extra stuff, just like in other Resident Evil games.

My first playthrough took me about 12 to 13 hours of pure playtime on the end screen. That was with me taking it slow and exploring everything.

I finished the game and will definitely come back for a higher difficulty run and to unlock more things.

Lies of P surprised me in the best way. I absolutely loved the lore, the atmosphere and the combat.

The whole world with that steampunky vibe really resonated with me. The characters are memorable and I kept having that feeling of wanting to find the next sidequest or the next little lore bit because it just pulls you in more and more. It’s one of those games where you actually feel immersed and you want to keep exploring.

Bosses can be very difficult and some of them took me a couple tries, but overall it didn’t feel too tedious. Funny enough I struggled more with certain Sekiro bosses than I did with Lies of P bosses.

The truth/lie mechanic is also something I really liked. It changes how certain characters behave towards you and when you get access to certain things, and it gives you a solid reason to play again just to see the different outcomes.

As of writing this review I haven’t played the DLC yet, but I’m definitely going to as soon as I can.

Clair Obscur is one of those games that stayed with me long after I put the controller down.

I really enjoyed the story, the plot twists, and the lore behind everything. Exploring the world always felt worth it, because there was usually something to find that added more to the experience instead of just being there for the sake of it. The characters were also a big part of why I liked the game so much. They felt memorable, and the way they interacted with each other felt natural, which made it easy to care about them and their journey.

What stood out the most to me was how deep the story actually felt. It touches on themes that really resonated with me, and there were moments that genuinely made me reflect on things from real life. That’s not something I get from many games, and it’s a big reason why this one left such a strong impression on me.

It’s not a perfect game. The optimization could be better, there are bugs, and some fights or combo mechanics can be frustrating at times. But even with that, the good easily outweighed the bad for me. None of those things changed how much I liked the game overall.

If you enjoy story driven games, I really think this one is worth playing.

Edit: I’ve played the DLC now, and somehow it made the game even better for me. At this point, Clair Obscur is honestly one of my favourite games I’ve ever played. I also should have mentioned the music before, because it’s seriously so good and adds a lot to the whole experience. It ties everything together so well and just makes so many moments hit even harder. While playing the DLC, I also decided to go for all achievements just so I could spend even more time with the game. I’ll definitely be coming back for a NG+ run at some point.

I really liked Sea of Stars. The music is honestly one of my favourite parts, it gets stuck in your head super fast. The pixel art looks lovely too, even though there were a few moments where I couldn’t really tell where I was supposed to go next because the contrast on some maps wasn’t great.

The characters are all very likeable and memorable, and the story has enough twists to keep you engaged and hooked. There are collectibles as well, and if you want to see the good ending, you actually need to go out of your way and collect them, which I thought was a nice touch.

The whole game reminded me a lot of Golden Sun mixed with Mario RPG, in a really good way. The DLC is fantastic too. It puts you in a completely different map, resets your stats, and gives you new movesets, so it basically feels like a spin-off game with the same characters rather than just a small add-on.

Overall, it’s definitely worth playing if you like RPGs, and it’s a game I’ll for sure come back to and replay in the future.

I played A Plague Tale: Innocence and honestly, I really liked it. The atmosphere is great and does a lot of the heavy lifting, it pulls you in quickly and keeps that dark, tense mood throughout the game.

The gameplay loop felt good to me. It’s simple but never boring, and everything flows nicely without dragging. I also enjoyed the collectibles more than I expected. They’re fun to hunt down and actually made me want to replay chapters instead of just moving on.

Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience and a game I’m glad I played.

After almost 100 hours in Monster Hunter Wilds, I’m hooked. The Wound mechanics add a new layer of strategy, where targeting specific monster parts for extra damage makes combat feel dynamic and rewarding. It's not just about raw power; it’s about precision and teamwork, which keeps every hunt fresh.

The armor decorations and skills offer amazing customization. The variety allows for endless combinations, letting you tailor your playstyle to focus on offense, defense, or utility. With so much to experiment with, I can easily see myself investing another 100 hours into perfecting my gear.

Overall, Wilds delivers deep combat, endless customization, and tons of content — a must-play for any Monster Hunter fan.

Bakeru is a gem! The music is absolutely fantastic, and the charming graphics give it a nostalgic vibe. Tons of collectibles to keep you exploring, and it reminds me so much of Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon. I don't regret buying it at all—totally worth it!
