Mediocre at best. It opens strong with a very good starting scene where you actually have enough ammo for the enemies that are around. Then it jumps you to a very slow trickle of lore as you run all the way right only to have to run all the way back left again IN EVERY DAMN LOCATION! It's not till half a dozen stops do you finally get enemies again BUT now you have basically no ammo yet there are groups as large if not larger then the number of rounds in the area... Meaning for more then half the area you likely don't have enough ammo. Oh and don't DARE run forward looking for ammo or you might get a checkpoint in the middle of one of these groups with a 90% chance you are going to lose half your health before you can even get a hit off.

All they had to do was load you up with like 24 rounds before the first group of enemies and I think it'd be bearable but seeing as you're first large number of rounds is 12, four enemies deep into the second station with enemies and you are very likely to have used all ammo that was in the last area you only end up with enough ammo to kill 6 more enemies and there are 5 waiting down the stairs and another 6 in the next building and you haven't even found the train code yet. The balancing in this game is nonexistent. It probably wouldn't be so bad if headshots actually seemed to do anything. Apparently they work on some enemies but to me it seems like everything soaks up 2-3 round no matter where you shoot them and bullets that pierce MAY do damage but not always as I've clearly seen a pair of dust zombies both take 2 hits but then one doesn't die.

Early Access Review
If your looking for an up and coming FPS with a dedicated Development team this games got you covered. Especially if your looking for something that will run smoothly! Ignore these rediculously short sited reviews they fail to take far to much into consideration. For instance unlike Contractor, Pavlov or War Dust this game can actually maintain 90fps on my min spec rig. The Dev's goal is to have a crossplatform server system that will include PS VR and Oculus Home. This mean unlike the mentioned games a focus on peformance not eye candy that hurts your player base with abismal frames. Post the PS VR release there is a great chance theses will also become some of the easiest lobbies to fill. While we love our PC VR PS VR is a massive player base that is untaped by any current multiplayer VR FPS. Almost every negative review so far is a user who spent less then 15 min in game and made no effort to ask for support or report an issue. Just because a game "Contractor" went into EA all super polished doesnt mean the definition of EA has changed! Since Launch day yesterday there has been multiple patches to address issues as they arrose. With an expected fix time for bugs being less then a week there is no reaon for the rash "this game is dead on arrival" opinions they are based on a lack of experience and a short sited view of the games future.
