Time to fix my review, it is sorta okay now. It's a relief to see they actually want to improve the balance in this game now. There's still a couple things that could get fixed but nothing game-breaking yet.
Some suggestions to make the game a bit better.
-I'd recommend adding cooldowns to skills or at the very least decrease the damage they do for each time it is spammed within a single game, so there's a halt to how rewarding spamming still is.
-(FIXED) I'd recommend an additional way of avoiding ki blasts, specially the charged ones.
-I'd recommend an "AVOID PLAYER" system, or at the very least, add a cooldown on getting matched with the same player.
-(ADDED) I'd recommend an option to see your opponent's characters in player matches.
-I'd recommend adding a REAL punishment for those who avoid the loss by disconnecting, which happens every-single-time I play ranked matches, at least once, and not only that, I'd recommend punishing whoever has low or mid disconnecting rate already, why having that option in the game to begin with? It's like condoning it.
-(FIXED, but there's still a way to abuse this character, not explaining how since I don't want to see more of this character in ranked matches like before) I'd recommend a COMPLETE re-work to Dr. Wheelo, since it's the go-to for people that only wants to exploit the game mechanics and win every ranked game.
-I'd recommend adding a sound cue that lets you know that a player joined your room/tournament, also if you've found a match in a rank match.
-I'd recommend adding a way to know if your enemy is ready when choosing characters in player match.
-I'd recommend removing certain characters healing on transformation, I mean, it makes no sense that an already overpowered-overused character like Goku UI is able to heal almost a full bar like that while others can't.
These solutions/recommendations should be tested in the game and added gradually, the game can't keep up the way it is right now, it will probably have less and less players each day if no action is taken.
The game is getting back on track, yet there's not much to do to avoid the player base leaving little by little, sadly. Unless there's periodical events that spice things a bit more. Another recommendation I can add to all of this is to work on the accesories and clothings part of the game, adding a gamemode specially made just to unlock those in which you have to compete with other players to unlock/buy them (with in-game currency, PLEASE), this way you'd be able to customize way more the characters and maybe even adding new attacks with the clothes themselves (just like that one Nº18 has).

Omori is an amazing game.
I'll try to do it spoiler-free.
Basically it's a story of acceptance and forgiveness. There's so many things in here that you can feel identified with, each character portrays complicated ways of dealing with their own problems. The game also makes sure to not allow you to forget the "psychological horror" tag it has.
The music is catchy, fun, immersive and overall incredible. It's a bit long but it's worth each single minute. All of the endings are realist in a way or another so play it honestly and see what you get!
Definitely play it, fun and interesting game, feels like a very good book or movie depending what you're into, great narrating and battle system.

Is... is it dead? It says connection failed... does anyone know how to create a local game or something?

Un juego atractivo, pero un poco corto.

Hotline Miami 2 es un clásico.
Uno de los juegos que te hacen replantear aquellas ideas morales y éticas donde reside la pregunta... "¿Es entretenido el dañar a la gente?" dentro de los límites del mismo juego, claro.
Sin embargo, para aquellas mecánicas simples y minimalistas que posee, es de lo más entretenido. A su vez, posee una gran historia detrás, quedando a tarea del jugador el ordenar cronológicamente los eventos ocurridos y entender la historia.
Como he dicho en otros juegos, es una diversión temporal, que bien puede atraparte durante un tiempo con su excelente soundtrack y jugabilidad entretenida, no es un juego para "viciarse" por más de tres meses.
Ligeramente corto, muy entretenido y con historia interesante de trasfondo, gran combinación, como todo placer en esta vida.

El juego no es malo.

This War of Mine puede llegar a ser un juego que te hace replantear la idea de vivir una guerra, no es el típico juego donde la guerra parece hasta divertida.
De una forma de verlo, te mantiene ocupado por un tiempo y sí, entretiene, Pero cuando hablamos a largo plazo, se vuelve repetitivo y no deja más que ver el workshop, sin perjuicio de las preferencias de cada persona... No es de los juegos que podrías jugar por más de tres meses y seguir "viciado".
Su jugabilidad es interesante, puede hasta escarbar tu conciencia con situaciones donde no había opción.
Lo recomendaría. Temporal, pero bueno.

Aparte de tener una gran historia de cómo un inválido se hunde en la psicosis por su condición, Asusta bastante, Y es su objetivo. Me encantó el juego.
También tien un Soundtrack que te hace poner en la situación del protagonista, Debes ser inteligente, Rápido y audaz.
Juégalo... Si te atreves.
