Rarely do I take time out to write a review for a game. However, in this instance, this game has left me with the aching feeling of wanting to head out on a such colossally deboucherific bender that I wake up slumped on a destroyed hotel room floor with no memory of who I am or what I did over the past 6 months. Why? So that I can pick this game up and play it again without ever realising I had done so in the first place.

The game is nothing short of a masterpiece.

If you've not had the pleasure of playing this yet, do yourself a favour and pick it up. You will not be disappointed.

Quick Review : Rock N Roll Racing 2

Single Player : Fun Gameplay - AI is a bit "cheaty" though which can make the experience frustrating

Local Co-Op : Brilliant fun and the best way to play this - 4 player couch co-op is where this game shines

Online Multiplayer : Non existent at this point :)

Also some quarms about dev tactics where they offered the game with VR, people purchased it and then the devs removed VR support to force users to re-buy the game on the Oculus store - Not Cool.

Recommend For : Couch Co-Op

This game isn't going to be for everyone - however, if you like a chilled, exploration, sci-fi, epic, sandbox adventure with it's fair share of grind then you're going to love this. I certainly do :) The NEXT update has given the game a new lease of life that it desperately needed.

EDIT: Synthesis update only goes to show Sean is not finished with his masterpiece yet... :)
