Warface is one of the best free fps' around.

-Is Warface pay to win?
It's definetely not. It is true that by buying kredits and tryharding boxes, you get the best guns in the game. But someone with skill and a vendor gun can beat someone with less skill and a pay2win gun. So yes, "donating" makes it easier but it's surely not necessary.

-What is the vendor system?
The vendor system is CRYTEK's F2P solution. By playing, you unlock items from three different categories (Weapons, Clothing, Attachments).
So you need to play a little bit in order to get good guns, but in COD you won't get the best guns after your first game eiter.

-Does it get boring?
As far as I know, it doesn't, I'm close to 600 ingame hours (3000 PvP games, 500 PvE games) and I still enjoy everytime I play. I would recommend using different guns and playing different game modes all the time. If you play the same gun on that same TDM map every day, you'll be bored within a few weeks.

As the game is free anyway, I'd recommend just giving it a try!
