Isn't it rather sad though, that the people who receive money for the product can't be bothered to fix the problems, while others seem to find the time to do it for free--without access to the source code and auxiliary resources?

I mean, if people had tried to fix certain things and failed, one would at least have the possibility of a legitimate reason why the dev hasn't done anything, no?
