100% the best representation of a DnD campaign I have ever played. The voice acting is so so so good, the main character's voice in his head is some of the best voice acting I have ever heard period. It is absolutely amazing. The music is also wonderful with many nostalgia emulating, memorable pieces that you can instantly connect to a part of the world. There is so much detail put into every single aspect of the game, with hundreds of thousands of lines describing every single interactable object in the game.
If you are one to care, they have fully fleshed out this world so well, that there is a fully documented past of this country and its neighbors detailing every aspect of the war that took place. There could be a textbook full of just the information provided within this game.
If you are not one to care, then there is still a plethora of things to do in the game. The thought cabinet is one of the most unique aspects to a video game I have ever seen. Only reason I imagine someone not enjoying this game, is that although it is fully voiced, it is still a lot of reading/listening to someone read out loud, and the only gameplay aspect is making choices in dialogue and going between places in the world to make more dialogue choices.

Much more expanded than I expected. Building is finicky, but it makes it very satisfying to make something you like, and all builds tend to end up looking like a real viking build which is super cool. I'm seeing clips of stuff in this game than I never even imagined existed in it. The moments of terror brought about by seeing a horde of Greydwarfs chasing you, or seeing that the Troll you were fighting wasn't the one that was chasing you and now they're both angry at you are some of the most fun I've had in this game. At times it really feels like a DnD campaign x Minecraft crossover with players building their own stories with encounters we've had in the game and the ability to construct your own builds and everything.
Would definitely recommend 10x more playing with friends
