I undestand why this game is getting so much hate, but honestly it's in much better state than it ever was. So far in OW2 all new heroes are great, a new gamemode called Stadium is cool, the game just feels better and more fun from the previous time I played in 2018

Після того як завершив грати в Сталкер 2, я дуже хотів знову зіграти в оригінальну трилогію Сталкера, але коли намагався пограти, завжди не міг грати саме із-за візуалу, і як гра дуже зістарилася, коли був малим п*здюком то це було нормою для моїх очей, але тепер якщо грати в старі сталкери, то тільки з мод-паками типу Anomaly, або ж G.A.M.M.A. Коли ж побачив що вийде "покращена" версія, я був задоволений що зможу пограти в більш оновлену версію старого Сталкера, але ЦЕ зовсім не те що я очікував, саме я очікував покращену графіку, покращення моделей, зброї, анімації, вони навіть могли б використати або викупити чиїсь моди та покращення і просто додати їх в цей "ремастер". Багато чого можна було зробити, але візуально гра НІЯК не відрізняється від оригіналу, насамперед гра виглядає ніби як додали фільтр шуму, якесь постійне мерехтіння, картинка дуже давить на очі, і ще було помітно що гра стала темнішою, ніби як яскравість та контраст зменшили, але це виглядає непогано, також нпц ультра тупі, особливо мутанти, але й те саме було і в другій частині. Багато руснявого контенту та пропаганди вирізали, я розумію нащо це було зроблено, це було помітно з бандитами та з їхньою озвучкою, але русініанськьій іноді можна помітити, на те я й не проти, бо дуже багато контенту та мемів було зроблено саме з цієї озвучки, без неї гра не так відчувається, як раніше. Що я дуже швидко помітив, що гра тепер важить у два рази більше за оригінал, я так розумію це саме із-за текстур які не були компресовані, також нащо грі яка ніяк не відрізняється від оригіналу - 98% відеокарти 4070 супер при 144 фпс, що такого в цій "покращеній" грі може так багато використовувати стільки ресурсів відеокарти? До того ж, що проц використовується десь на 20%. Дуже багато проблем з цим "недо-ремастером", я розумію що воно називається "покращеною" версією, але тут нічого не було покращено, я отримав цю гру безплатно, на що я вдячний, але навіть безплатно я в цю гру грати не хочу, поки хоча б не приберуть це мерехтіння, а поки краще вже грати в оригінал. Вибачте, але це тотальний фейл.

Very relatable and immersive

I've had lots of fun playing this, didn't really took it serious, because of the animations and voice acting, but the friendly NPCs you encounter are cool, the atmosphere was nice, music is nice, the movement felt like I was on ice, most textures and object looked flat and repetitive, and even had texture where windows appeared from the wrong angle..? It felt like I was looking out of the window and seeing a tree outside, rather than it being just a reflection when looking straight at the building. Most of my gameplay was me smiling and laughing rather than being immersed and "scared", most fun level if definitely the mall, get lots of bullets and shoot lots of dumb NPCs, which can zig-zag and twitch like crazy, the enemies were not really unique, and you encounter them in any other game just like this one, the most frustrating enemy are the ones that can actually shoot, which can be avoided, when you just hold crouch.. Just like most people describe it, it's kind of like Cry of Fear, which I agree, the endings felt like it's all in le head.. I guess you should play it?

Amazing zombie extraction experience, was really hard and scary like 8 years ago when I played it, but playing it now it's kind of easy to beat most of the levels, not sure if it's a bad or a good thing though

Amazing game, really scary but funny most of the time, developed by a single person, which is saddening when it comes to how often the game gets updated, but definitely worth playing with friends

Really fun, and honestly it's way too frustrating and unforgiving at times, the visuals is what made me try this game, got recommended a year ago from Grok that develops GAMMA for Stalker Anomaly, and the gameplay is really enjoyable, the combat is something I haven't really seen executed this well, reminded me of Mordhau and Chivalry, definitely recommend giving it a try.

I barely got the chance to play this game in 2020, nethertheless I do remember having lots of fun, the visuals looked pretty, and the gameplay was quite unique, unfortunately has been abandoned by devs and forgotten by players, no point in playing now, since there is no one playing

It has been OVER a year without ANY updates. Devs promised an update mid-april of 2024, which did not happen, it's April of 2025, yet the game is still not been updated... Does this stop from enjoying the game? Well, short answer is no, but also yes, since there is less people playing right now, it does reach 1k players on weekends, but playing any other day on working hours, you'll get a single 256 players server. Yes, ONLY a singular one. The same players, same play-style, same tactics and strategies, and if you get a sweaty lobby, with random clans, you can't even leave, and join another server. The game is fun, vehicles are fun, gun play is fun, TTK is fast, the movement is fast-paced, but it's extremely RAW, there is still lots of content that needs to be added, and some maps just suck, they need to be removed or updated, also performance is questionable? A blocky game, with no textures, performs on some older system absolutely horribly, but it is just lots of fun to goof around, but sadly this game may be considered abandoned.. There has been some teasers on their Discord, but info about an update is still "No ETA", also discord is just terrible, literally the same 6 people in the chat, and they don't even talk about the game, just random nonsense. !!!DO NOT BUY!!! until the devs announce or say something about an update.
