Each new Like a Dragon game builds on the last, but changes things up and so each one has something a bit unique and special. They're fun, I recommend.

Why do we continue participating in this charade. This is not fun, at no point in 60 hours did I locate any fun, and in the better part of a year, Bethesda couldn't figure out how to patch in any fun.

I wrote and rewrote this review several times to explain it, but we all get it, its not even worth discussing anymore.

At some point, we all hit our limit.

The game is worth the money, you should buy it.

Without getting into the specifics, Palworld borrows the best ideas and mechanics from the games you already love, and combines them together into something wonderful. They nailed the core gameplay loop, it's simple and rewarding, and scratches the same itch as Satisfactory and Planet Crafter while bringing something unique to the table.

I've encountered no crashes or slowdowns, and the single player worked during their maintenance. The only bug I've encountered, if its even a bug, is that my first town got large and a portion of it was outside of the palbox sphere. This was not a problem at first, but while exploring the farthest edges of the map about 10 hours later, I returned to find everything outside the sphere was deconstructed. I took this is an opportunity for a remodel.

This is a good one. There are a couple welcome difficulty spikes and lots of stuff to see and do. The characters are all interesting and the mini cut-scenes are spot on.

Things can get out of hand if you're trying to optimize every resource and I wish there was a flatter map available. I find myself sky bridging because I just get tired of slogging through poison and angry mobs. This game also has a modding community that has made some cool stuff that can really change things up. Highly recommended.

This game is relaxing and you can meow. In a time when big studios deliver nothing but disappointment, this is a breath of fresh air from a small team. This is a buy you won't regret.

I gave it a fair chance and I can't recommend this game. The combat is almost deliberately clunky and at some point I decided I've had enough of being randomly executed outside of combat without explanation while exploring.

It gets a little bit grindy near the end, and some of the chests are kind of worthless by the time you can reach them, but this is just an all around good time with that old school tactics feel.
